Bar opening details - 12th April 2021

Some questions have been asked about the bar opening on the 12th April, and I am delighted we are likely to see so many of you on that day and until we can start using the bar indoors again (no earlier than 17th May)!

The bar will be selling refreshments from noon until 9pm (initial opening hours may be extended).

Card payments only – no cash can be taken.

Toilets are available in the Clubhouse – masks are mandatory while you are on the premises (you cannot buy drinks indoors).

Bar snacks will be available – further details to be announced.

‘Rule of 6’ or ‘two households’ can mix out of doors.

No table bookings are possible.

We will be using the picnic tables, the benches and the vinyl banqueting chairs to make you as comfortable as we can  but, I would also advise where possible, to bring your own folding chairs or picnic blankets as additional seating, whenever possible.

We are not able to serve you if you are standing! Government guidelines (refer to vertical drinking) are silly sometimes, but we have to comply and we understand from Bromley that venues will be policed.

Guests can be brought onto the ground, if necessary, but Members only would be preferred. Members and non-Members need to be signed in.

We will have at least three members of staff on for the late afternoon and evening, please be aware that they will be going as fast as they can to keep you topped up and happy.

If the bar staff or Club officers ask you to do something, please comply with what they tell you.
