More Details of Proposed Mast Installation

We have now received more information regarding the proposed mast installation. I attach two images from the proposal of what and where the mast will look like and its more exact location. We have received a host of replies from concerned members - not only worried on the detrimental effect of the new structure but also regarding its siting within an area which has been listed under the Bromley Unitary Development Plan.

The Club has no way to block the surveys taking place on the land, but we will be seeking legal advice to both challenge the Heads of Terms Code Agreement that we have been issued with and through the Bromley Borough planning process.

I have been asked if the resulting monetary reward would appease by resulting in a large annual income to the Club’s pocket - the simple answer is that it would not. The current offer is derisory for our loss of amenity use and possible loss of income.
